Art for Life’s Sake – A Smorgasbord of Art for Sale

Bill Garnet, the Director, Pomegranate Gallery, is generously donating one third of all sales from his extensive collection of Limited Edition Prints featuring luminaries such as: Anthony Gormley, Francis Bacon & Peter Blake for the duration of August to support our work.

The Arts have always played a key role in Valleys Kids’ work in engaging with, and changing the lives and outlook of people who face many challenges in their lives.
You can see (and buy) a selection of the Prints in a special fundraising exhibition:
‘Art for Life’s Sake’ in Valleys Kids’ Art in the Attic – The Robert Maskrey Gallery, a unique gallery space in the heart of the Rhondda in the Factory, Jenkin Street, Porth, CF39 9PP.
Exhibition times: Monday 29thJuly – Friday 2nd August 10am – 4pm
Saturday 3rd– Sunday 4th August 11am – 3pm
Art in the Attic is curated by Artist in Residence Anne Culverhouse-Evans. Anne also runs regular art sessions for local people to encourage participation for adults of all ages and abilities. For many who attend it offers a life-line, giving them confidence, friendships and support.
