Outreach Play

Valleys Kids provide a range of outreach opportunities in isolated Valleys communities where we do not have a building base.

This is made possible with our converted double decker Rainbow bus. During the school holidays the Rainbow bus is joined by Play Van Teams of Playworkers ensuring that free open access play is available throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Play has a crucial role in the healthy development and growth of children. Valleys Kids is at the leading edge of development of play activities throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Valleys Kids has been fortunate in receiving a 3 year grant from the Big Lottery Fund to support our Fresh Beginnings Project. Fresh Beginnings works across Rhondda Cynon Taff through Valleys Kids Play opportunities to encourage increased physical activity and healthy eating. We are working with under 12's and their families to create a healthier, happier community.

Valleys Kids provide a wide range of quality play opportunities that include:
Parent and Baby groups, Crèche, After school Clubs, Holiday Play Schemes, Junior Youth Clubs, Middle Clubs, and Mobile Play sessions.
