The Job Project Worker Well Being Part-time
To work as a member of the Pontypridd Communities First Team and support the Cluster Manager in delivering the programme across he Cluster.
Valleys Kids is committed to the participation of local people in the provision and management of community activities. The worker will be expected to work in accordance with the charitable objectives of the organisation.

To work as a member of the team to achieve the outcomes of the Delivery Plan of the Pontypridd Cluster
- 1 Delivery of Plan
Working as a member of the Team be involved in planning a programme of work that will deliver a range of wellbeing projects and activities with an emphasis on holistic learning approaches for children, young people, adults and families. As part of the Cluster team the worker will contribute towards the activities to all the themes in the Cluster Development Plan.
Working as a member of the Team in maintaining the effective monitoring and evaluation system and follow the processes efficiently in line with Results Based Accountability.
Working as a member of the team ensure that the programme of work developed meets the outcomes as detailed in the Cluster Delivery Plan.
Working as a member of the team contribute to the development and delivery of the Community Involvement Plan in line with the portfolio of work.
As a member of the team have input into written reports that will contribute to the development of future delivery plans.
Working as member of the team to develop and maintain close working relationships with the community, with partner agencies and organisations.
Working as a member of the team to provide practical assistance as and when required to community groups and individual in line with the cluster delivery plan.
Working as a member of the team ensure that project and activities are planned and delivered where appropriate with partner organisations and agencies.
Support local people to get involved in volunteering opportunities.
Working as a member of the team ensure that the values and principles of Community Development are embedded in all aspects of the work.
Working as a member of the team ensure that equality, diversity, wellbeing and sustainability are valued and embedded into all the provision.
