Well all of these dishes are just a few examples of what you could make using the fresh produce from Rhydyfelin’s community allotment.
Since Easter, Valleys Kids and Communities First have been tending the soil with the help of green-fingered local volunteers. Their effort has been rewarded with a flourishing veggie patch. A bumper crop of salad lettuces has already been devoured and we’re all looking forward to chomping on crisp, juicy corn on the cob to accompany our Summer BBQs.
